suckless-style coreutils in go

The plan is to implement all the utilities from the
[sbase list](https://git.suckless.org/sbase/file/README.html)
with some additions

Implemeted utilities:

 * `true`
 * `false`
 * `yes`
 * `dirname`
 * `basename`
 * `echo`
 * `printenv`
