Digimer e79e7fd4f4 * Added 'check_if_configured' to Database->connect(), disabled off, that triggers the check to see if the system is configured or not. Updated anvil-daemon to invoke this at the same time that the md5sums are calculated to see if a reload is needed. This reduces the background system load a fair bit. ... * Got more work done on deleting peers from Striker (technically done, but untested so far).
