Digimer ea27f88bcc * Removed the 'bridge_interfaces' table and related database methods. This was found to be duplicate, given that 'network_interfaces' has references to parent bonds and bridges. ... * Renamed 'bridges' -> 'bridge_mac' to 'bridge_mac_address' to be consstent with other MAC address column names. * Finished Network->load_interfces(). * Updated anvil-update-states to check for interfaces under bridges that are missing their 'network_interface_bridge_uuid' reference UUID.
