Digimer 0c475d2a2e * Fixed a couple logging bugs. ... * Updated scan-cluster to get the CIB from pcs instead of reading the CIB from disk. * Updated anvil-daemon to always call striker-prep-database at log level 2 while trying to find the cause of rare postgres config failures.
