fix(striker-ui): upgrade swr from 0.5.7->1.2.2
...
There's a bug where the onSuccess property of SWRConfiguration
causes a crashed when it is undefined. Seems to be fixed in later
versions, so doing a simple upgrade patches the problem.
This issue caused the Dashboard to show nothing.
