e8efbab343 * The work on PXE / UEFI support is broken, and will be set aside for the time being. The commit here is working to getting things fixed, but it's taking too much time away from more pressing issues. 
* This commit includes two unrelated test files for UI work, cgi-bin/get_anvil_status and cgi-bin/get_anvils.

67e8f26bdb * Fixed a bug where anvil-manage-install-target was always refreshing the local RPM repository instead on doing so only once per day. 
* Finished getting proper storage management and software RAID support added to plan_partition.

9cf70f847c * Lots of work done to add software RAID support to kickstart. Still in progress, however. 
* Work on anvil-manage-install-target to enable/disable dhcpd. Also to only refresh the RPM repo periodically. Fixed a bug where it always reported that the kickstart files were not updated, even when they were.

161f674b96 * Fixed a bug with plan_partitions where LVM wasn't being used, and should have been. 
* Added the striker, node and dr kickstart files to the repo. Maybe be removed later, planning to auto-generate it along with the rest of the PXE booting componentes.
* Cleaned up the PXE boot menu (for BIOS clients, UEFI are up next).

d9a305d81e * Made good progress on the PXE server envrionment PoC (reflected in notes, and the various script and pxe files). 
* Finished (for now) scripts/plan_partitions and 'default' BIOS-based PXE menu.
* Striker kickstart script is close to done, save for a permission issue running the %pre script still being debugged.
