Digimer	a7f93c59ea	* Reworked striker-parse-oui and striker-scan-network to always lower-case the MAC address. * Updated striker-scan-network to only run once per day unless --force or a given --network is used. This avoids repeated scans when the anvil-daemon restarts frequently for whatever reason. * Fixed (for real this time) Convert->time's handling of the 'long' parameter.
