* Changes Database->connect to always use the first DB connected to, not the local one if that applies. This treats the first DB (sorted by UUID) as "primary" and the second (or third...) as more of a backup.
* Moved db_in_use and lock_request to use the 'states' table instead of the variables table. These are set and removed so often that it was messing up things with resync's when the data is transient anyway. Fixed multiple bugs with both to better set and clear properly.

Added also a check where two or more entries in a given history schema had the same modified_date and, when found, the newest entry is preserved and the rest are deleted. Before this, a resync where two+ records had the same modified_time would only sync the last record, leaving a mismatch in history schema entries triggering repeated resyncs.

* Upped the aging of jobs and alerts data from 2 to 24 hours. Also added a check to prevent deleting a job of any age that is incomplete.
* Major update to anvil-configure-host to not touch the network unless something has actually changed. Not yet tested on a fresh system, will verify nothing broke in the CI tests this commit will trigger. Also changed it so that, if after reconfiguring the network it times out trying to reconnect to a database, it calls a reboot instead of simply exiting. Further, a reboot is now not called on exit unless something changed to require it.

* Created Database->_age_out_data() to delete records from the database that are old enough to no longer be useful. This is designed to significantly reduce the size of the database, allowing a better focus on performance.

* Created Log->switches() that returnes the command line switches used by Anvil! tool command line calls based on the active log levels / secure logging. Appended this to all invocations of our tools.

* The get_mmeory endpoint was completed.
* The get_replicated_storage endpoint was completed, though it requires testing and likely has issues.
To prepare for the get_status endpoint work, I needed to update ScanCore and modules to track the host_status. This commit contains the work needed for this.
* Updated ScanCore->post_scan_analysis_striker() to use configured fence devices (except PDUs) to check if a target host is off or on, in there is no host_ipmi interface. In all cases, if a machine can be confirmed on or off, the host_status is now updated.
* To support the above fence based power checks, updated scan-cluster to store the on-disk CIB in the new scan_cluster -> scan_cluster_cib colume.
* Updated ScanCore->parse_cib() to map stonith primitive IDs to fence agents. Updated ->parse_crm_mon() to not call if the executable doesn't exist to avoid unhelpful error messages in the logs when called from a Striker.
* Update DRBD->gather_data() to get the size data from /sys/block/drbd<minor>/size' x '/sys/block/drbd<minor>/queue/logical_block_size so it works when a device is Secondary (and can't be promoted).

* Fixed a bug in Database->_find_behind_databases() _find_behind_databases() where the logic to figure out which column was the host_uuid reference was too liberal, causing the wrong column to be selected in some cases. * Reworked DRBD->get_next_resource() to pull from the database, and to no longer do that increments-of-three nonsense. Avoidable complexity. Also added a call to Cluster->get_anvil_uuid() if the 'anvil_uuid' parameter wasn't passed.
* Updated Database->get_host_from_uuid() and ->get_hosts() to now take 'include_deleted' parameter and default to not returning deleted hosts. This fixed issues where anvil-{delete,provision}-server calls could assign jobs to now-deleted hosts with reused host names.

Also updated it to not wait of shutdown of a server in pacemaker to complete, and instead to destroy it after calling pacemaker's resource stop. If it's thermal, IPMI is called and so long as at least one thermal sensor is found and it/they are all OK, it is booted. For now, M2's thermal reboot delay logic hasn't been replicated, as it added a lot of complexity and didn't prove practically useful.
* Created System->collect_ipmi_data() and moved 'scan_ipmitool's ipmitool call and parse into that method. This was done to allow ScanCore->post_scan_analysis_striker() to also call IPMI on a remote machine during thermal down events without reimplementing the logic.

* Fixed a bug in Database->insert_or_update_power() where the check to see if 'power_ups_uuid' was passed in was reversed. Also fixed a bug where the convertion of the value to TRUE/FALSE for the old value wasn't being set correctly.
* Updated Server->get_definition() to only translate the host name to a uuid if the host uuid wasn't passed in. Added a sanity check on the UUID as well.

* Updated Server->migrate_virsh() to set 'servers' -> 'server_state' to 'migrating' and clear it again once the migation completes. Also added support for cold (frozen) versus live migrations.
* Updated Cluster->parse_cib() to check if a server with the server_state set to 'migrating' isn't actually migrating anymore and, if not, to clear that state. This is needed as scan-server will blindly ignore/skip any migrating server, and if a migration call is interrupted, the state could get stuck.
* Updated the 'servers' database table (and associated Database methods) to add columns for;
** server_ram_in_use - tracking RAM used by a running server
** server_configured_ram - RAM allocated to a running server (used with the above to alert a user and track _currently_ available RAM)
** server_updated_by_user - To be set by Striker tools to indicate when the user made a change that needs to push out to nodes / running server.
** server_boot_time - Tracks the unixtime when the server booted (to track uptime even if the server migrates across nodes).
* Created Get->anvil_name_from_uuid() to easily convert an Anvil! UUID into a name. Also created ->host_uuid_from_name() to translate a host name into a host UUID.
* Created Server->get_runtime() that translates a server name into a process ID and then uses that to determine how long (in seconds) it has been running. This is used when a server transitions from 'shut off' to 'running' to determine exactly when the server booted (current time - runtime).
* Renamed all 'Server->parse_definition' calls that used 'from_memory' to 'from_virsh' to clarify the data source.

* Added the anvil.conf option 'sys::privacy::strong' that controls if the Anvil! ever "calls home". Initially, this controls DRBD's usage flag.
* Updated DRBD->get_devices() to track resources by their 'by-res' names as well and by the normal '/dev/drbdX' devices.
* To mitigate https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1868467, updated Get->bridges() to parse the normal (non-JSON) data if we get invalid JSON output.
* Updated anvil-join-anvil to not disable, and in fact enable, libvirtd on boot. With DRBD 9, the original fear of a user accidentally booting a VM that's running on the peer no longer is an issue. By enabling it and leaving it on, Striker dashboard users won't lose their virtual machine manager link unless the node powers off. Also enabled actually updating the job progress, completing this tool!

* Updated striker to now only offer gateway for IFN networks. EL8 seems to ignore 'GATEWAY="x"' in interface configs which caused anvil-join-anvil to always think an interface needs to be updated. Updated as well to remove DNS entries set in interfaces that are not the default gateway.
* Fixed a bug where DNS entries were being missed, causing entries to be repeatedly added to the interface that was the gateway interface.
* In anvil-update-states, added Get->switches() so that verbosity switches are used.
