* Created Convert->fence_ipmilan_to_ipmitool() that takes a 'fence_ipmilan' call and converts it into a direct 'ipmitool' call. * Created Database->get_power() that loads data from the special 'power' table. * Fixed a bug in calls to Network->ping() where some weren't formatted properly for receiving two string variables. * Updated Database->get_anvils() to record the machine types when recording host information. * Updated Database->get_hosts_info() to also load the 'host_ipmi' column. * Updated Database->get_upses() to store the link to the 'power' -> 'power_uuid', when available. * Created ScanCore->call_scan_agents() that does the work of actually calling scan agents, moving the logic out from the scancore daemon. * Created ScanCore->check_power() that takes a host and the anvil it is in and returns if it's on batteries or not. If it is, the time on batteries and estimate hold-up time is returned. If not, the highest charge percentage is returned. * Created ScanCore->post_scan_analysis() that is a wrapper for calling the new ->post_scan_analysis_dr(), ->post_scan_analysis_node() and ->post_scan_analysis_striker(). Of which, _dr and _node are still empty, but _striker is complete. ** ->post_scan_analysis_striker() is complete. It now boots a node after a power loss if the UPSes powering it are OK (at least one has mains power, and the main-powered UPS(es) have reached the minimum charge percentage). If it's thermal, IPMI is called and so long as at least one thermal sensor is found and it/they are all OK, it is booted. For now, M2's thermal reboot delay logic hasn't been replicated, as it added a lot of complexity and didn't prove practically useful. * Created System->collect_ipmi_data() and moved 'scan_ipmitool's ipmitool call and parse into that method. This was done to allow ScanCore->post_scan_analysis_striker() to also call IPMI on a remote machine during thermal down events without reimplementing the logic. * Updated scan-ipmitool to only record temperature data for data collected locally. Also renamed 'machine' variables and hash keys to 'host_name' to clarify what is being stored. * Updated scancore to clear the 'system::stop_reason' variable. * Added missing packages to striker-manage-install-target. # string = 123,456,789
Parameters;

This is the number to add commas to.

If anything goes wrong, C<< !!error!! >> is returned.
* Base2 Notation;

This can be set to C<< 1 >> to return the units in base2 notation, or set to C<< 0 >> to return in base10 notation. The default is controlled by c<< sys::use_base2 >>, which is set to C<< 1 >> by default.
The suffix will use C<< XiB >> when base2 notation is used and C<< XB >> will be returned for base10.
=head3 bytes (required)
This is the number of bytes that will be converted. This can be a signed integer.
=head3 unit (optional)
This is a letter that allows the caller to request the returned value be in a given unit, rather than the closest unit for the given value.

=head2 fence_ipmilan_to_ipmitool
This takes a C<< fence_ipmilan >> command and converts it into an C<< ipmitool >> command. The C<< action >> is ignored, as this method is meant to be called when one machine wants to check the health of another machine.
On error, C<< !!error!! >> is returned. Otherwise, a shell call and the user password will be returned as two values.
Parameters;
=head3 fence_ipmilan_command (required)
This is the C<< fence_ipmilan >> command to be translated.

=head2 human_readable_to_bytes
This takes a "human readable" size with an ISO suffix and converts it back to a base byte size as accurately as possible.
It looks for the C<< i >> in the suffix to determine if the size is base2 or base10. This can be overridden with the optional C<< base2 >> or C<< base10 >> parameters.
If there is a problem, C<< !!error!! >> is returned.
Parameters;
=head3 base2 (optional)
This tells the method to interpret the human-readable suffix as base2 notation, even if it is in the format C<< XB >> instead of C<< XiB >>.
=head3 base10 (optional)
This tells the method to interpret the human-readable suffix as base10 notation, even if it is in the format C<< XiB >> instead of C<< XB >>.
=head3 size (required)
This is the size being converted. It can be a signed integer or real number (with a decimal). If this parameter includes the size suffix, you can skip setting the c<< type >> parameter and this method will break it off automatically.
=head3 type (optional)
This is the unit type that represents the C<< size >> value. This does not need to be used if the C<< size >> parameter already has the suffix.
This value is examined for C<< XiB >> or C<< XB >> notation to determine if the size should be interpreted as a base2 or base10 value when neither C<< base2 >> or C<< base10 >> parameters are set.

=head2 round
This takes a number and rounds it to a given number of places after the decimal (defaulting to an even integer). This does financial-type rounding.
If C<< -- >> is passed in, the same is returned. Any other problems will cause C<< !!error!! >> to be returned.
Parameters;
=head3 number (required)
This is the number being rounded.
=head3 places (optional)
This is an integer representing how many places to round the number to. The default is C<< 0 >>, rounding the number to the closest integer.

=head2 time
This takes a number of seconds and converts it into a human readable string. Returns C<< #!error!# >> is an error is encountered.
Parameters;
=head3 time (required)
This is the time, in seconds, to convert.
=head3 long (optional, default 0)
If set to C<< 1 >>, the long suffixes will be used instead of the default C<< w/d/h/m/s >> format.
B<< Note >>: The suffixes are translatable in both short (default) and long formats. See the C<< suffix_0002 >> through C<< suffix_0011 >> string keys.
=head3 translate (optional, default '0')
When set to C<< 1 >>, the string returned will be translated into plain language. When set to C<< 0 >> (the default), the string returned will not have translated words, but instead return the C<< #!string!x!# >> codes for insertion into templates, email bodies or other uses where translation will be done later.
